Living with hepatitis c: busting the surface for air...

I am up again and burning. This is how I love life. I want to feel it roar thru me. Once it roars then I can balance and flow into smooth. Fast is smooth and smooth is fast. I did the research. I changed my diet again. The only people I know that eat like I do are some Seventh Day Adventist, only some though, The Amish, Vegas, Monks but few humans  are eating my diet: oatmeal cooked for one hour, lentils, organic chicken breasts, only sprouted wheat, organic carrot juice out the yin-yang...What I can't eat: anything in a restaurant, at your home unless you have the above items, anything from a can, anything processed, no sodas, no booze, no seltzer, skip the salt and spices no fat:  a lot of no no's. I can have most fruits and vegetables but not leafy green ones as I have to be careful of their iron content. I've placed my beautiful cast iron skillets to the back of the cabinet. I miss them. I loved them. No more tomato gravy and biscuits, no more pastries.  I am a southern woman, I grew up eating flour and sugar and I lived in New York City for a decade and I know about pastry but if I don't stay on the straight and narrow then my disease is going to go out of control again, I will be lying flat on my back swollen with at least 16 pounds of fluid inside of me. I can't feel my body spin when it is busting to the brim with fluid, its numb from the weight of water pressing against my entire torso.  I've learned that our human force radiates from our trunks. My arms and legs don't respond to jumping and flying in an effort to defeat gravity when my body is weighted down with fluid and I want to fly so I eat my oats, I learned to pretend cold pressed oats are Moshi. I apply imagination. I can't eat much but I can still dance and spin my hoops and I feel alive as long as I am lost in my music or the music of life. I can only have one litter of water a day or any fluid and that includes the fluid content of the foods I eat so if I am thirsty, I get into the ocean, lots of water in the Pacific Ocean around my island here in the middle of the Pacific. Improvise. Improvise. Improvise.
